Introduction
| Now that you've learned the basics of movement and interaction, you may wish to customize your keyboard layout.
This is done by configuring up to nine separate Action Sets. An Action Set is a set of shortcuts allowing quicker access to actions from your Action Library, or items from your Inventory. You can access these shortcuts via icons placed on your Entropia desktop and/or mapped to your keyboard keys.
The Action Set Panel shows which of the nine Action Sets that is currently active.
Display the Action Set Panel by clicking the Action Set Panel icon under the System tab in the Action Library (default key Y).
Alternatively, while in Cursor Mode, right click the desktop to open the Quick Menu and navigate to System/Config/Action Set Panel.
Use the left and right arrows on the Action Set Panel to activate and display other Action Sets.

How to edit an Action Set
| To edit an Action Set:

Alternatively, while in Cursor Mode, right click the desktop to open the Quick Menu and navigate to System/Config/Edit Panel.
Open the Keyboard Map (default key G) by clicking its icon in the Action Library.
Alternatively, navigate to it from the Quick Menu, or click its icon on the Edit Panel.
Your current active Action Set is now displayed with colored icons on the Keyboard Map and on your Entropia desktop.
Remove icons from the active Action Set by dragging the icons to the trash can in the Edit Panel.
Add icons to the active Action Set by dragging their icons from the Action Library or Inventory directly onto an available key on the Keyboard Map and to the desired position on your desktop.
Create unmapped desktop icons by dragging their icons from the Action Library or Inventory directly onto the Entropia desktop without putting them on the Keyboard Map. These actions/items are initiated by a mouse click on the desktop icon.
Use the left and right arrows on the Action Set Panel to activate and configure other Action Sets.
Save changes to Action Sets by closing the Edit Panel.

How to edit the Global Action Set and default keyboard setup
| The Global Action Set allows you to preserve a global set of key mappings and desktop icons even while you activate/display different Action Sets.
To display/edit your Global Action Set and default keyboard setup:
To edit the Global Action Set and/or default keys (e.g. the QWERT or F1 - F9 keys) you need to first activate the 'Enable Advanced Action Set Mode' option in the Options Panel (default key O).
Open the Edit Panel.
Open the Keyboard Map.
Use the left or right arrow on the Action Set Panel to find and activate the Global Action Set. The Global Action Set is recognized by an asterix symbol (*).
Now you can freely change any of the activated icons on the keyboard map or global desktop icons. You can either drag and drop icons from the keyboard map or global action panel as described previously. Remove icons from the active Global Action Set by dragging the icons to the trash can in the Edit Panel.
Add icons to the active Global Action Set by dragging their action icons from the Action Library or object icons from the Inventory directly onto an available key on the Keyboard Map and to the desired position on your desktop.
Create unmapped global desktop icons by dragging their icons from the Action Library or Inventory directly onto the desktop without putting them on the Keyboard Map. These actions/items are initiated by a mouse click on the desktop icon.
Save changes to the Global Action Set by closing the Edit Panel.
