I have an agreement with an artist that I can use his art on my screens to sell in EU. Is this OK?
The copyright issue has to be cleared between yourself and the owner of the art. MindArk PE AB accept no responsibility in such agreements.
What do you consider pornographic material?
Sexually explicit pictures, writing, or other material whose primary purpose is to cause sexual arousal. MindArk reserve the right to remove any materials at MindArks sole discretion.
Am I allowed to use the music in Entropia Universe for my displays? I plan to sell these displays In-World to other participants.
As long as you use the music for In-World purposes only, you can use any of the music featured in Entropia Universe.
I have created a real model from a virtual item. Can I make a business out of this?
No, this is not allowed. All Entropia Universe related design is protected by copyright laws and cannot be used unless you have a specific agreement with MindArk PE AB which allows you to use the design.
Can I use the graphics of Entropia Universe on my website?
You can use the graphics if the following conditions are fulfilled:
1.The website cannot be used to sell any products/involvement in illegal activities.
2.The website may not contain any defamatory information.
3.A link to Entropia Universe has to be clearly visible.
4.It must be clearly stated that all graphics are the property of MindArk PE AB.
