I cannot sweat anymore even though I should be able to do so. Why?
Your inability to sweat could be due to your choice of navigation. Please try to change your navigation settings (under Options, default key O) to one of our recommended views (third person/first person)

I saw my loot in the loot window, but never received it in my INVENTORY. What happened?
Loots are not created and logged until you have got it safely into your inventory (when your loot window is shown). Please note that all stackable items are automatically merged in your INVENTORY.

How can I create a team?
You create a team by choosing the TEAM icon from the ACTION LIBRARY (default key Y). Please note that you cannot loot any creatures as long as you are alone in a team. To invite other participants to join your team, please press the TEAM INVITE button, also located in the ACTION LIBRARY.

While team hunting, who gets the loot?
This is decided by the team settings. To view the team settings of the team you have joined, please choose the TEAM action from the ACTION LIBRARY (default key Y).

I get the message 'The loot was claimed by someone else', even though I am the only one attacking the creature.

The loot is given to a participant or a team based on inflicted damage. It could be that the creature was hit by another avatar before you entered the area. The other avatar may for some reason have disappeared, logged out, been killed etc.

I am trying to assemble a specific animal DNA, but I don't seem to have the correct components. What can I do?
The DNA formula for certain animals has not been discovered yet, but research continues into all species in order to unlock their secret DNA formulas.
