How can I buy an estate?
All available estates, such as houses, castles, apartments or sheds, will be sold In-World, either through PvP trade or via the auction system.

Not all the lamps in my house are working.
This is probably due to the fact that you have more than 8 light sources in that room. At the moment, this is the maximum amount of light sources you can have active at the same time.

I have paid the rent, yet I cannot enter my estate.
Please make sure that the date and time in your computer is correct.

I cannot claim my estate.
If you cannot claim your estate, please proceed as follows:

• Make sure you have the Estate deed in your carried inventory.



• Check the items info of the deed to see that you are standing at the right estate terminal.



• Click the Claim button in the estate terminal; you should then be able to claim it.



• If not, try to pay the maintenance fee, if this is possible you have already claimed the apartment.
