How can I withdraw funds from my Entropia Universe Account?

From July 2006 there are two different options available for withdrawing funds from the Entropia Universe:

Entropia Universe Cash Card

In order to use the Entropia Universe Cash Card, you must be at least 18 years of age. The Entropia Universe Cash Card can be bought from the trade terminals inside the Entropia Universe.

This withdrawal option allows you to instantly withdraw money without delays. As with the regular Bank Transfer, you have to order the withdrawal via the 'EU Transfer Center' which can be accessed by activating the 'EU Transfer Center' action in the Action Library. Once your withdrawal has been registered, the PED amount will be automatically transferred on to your Entropia Universe Cash Card and you may make withdrawals from any cash machine accepting Maestro® or Cirrus®. Bank Transfer

You can also convert your virtual funds back into real world cash by initiating a bank withdrawal from within the Entropia Universe by activating the 'EU Transfer Center' from the Action Library. You may then enter you bank information and if your Entropia Universe account information matches the holder of the bank account the withdrawal will be approved by MindArk. When using the bank transfer option, you may withdraw any amount between 1000 PED and upwards from the Entropia Universe. The withdrawal fee is 1.5% of the amount, or 10 USD minimum. Additional charges may also be imposed by your bank. All withdrawals are handled in turn after the registration date. The handling period might vary during the year, depending on the current demand.

In order to prevent unnecessary delays, we kindly ask you to check your account information to ensure that it is correct and up-to-date. Should you have forgotten to add the Swift/Bic code (Europe), Sort Code (UK) or ABA routing/FW code (USA) you may contact the Entropia Universe Support Department and add the missing information through a Support Case.

Why is the monthly withdrawal limit of the Entropia Universe Cash Card set at 1000PED?

For added security, the Entropia Universe Cash Card comes with an initial monthly withdrawal limit of 1000 PED. This limit may easily be increased by filling out the 'Advance Limit Increase' form available here. The completed and signed form must then be sent to MindArk PE AB (publ), together with a verified (certified) copy of your passport, at the following address:
