Can I change the name of my avatar?
Unless the name violates the EULA or a person happened to write his/her real name as their avatar name, we do not change the names avatars. The reason for not allowing a change of your avatar name is that participants build reputation and trust inside the Entropia Universe by the name of their avatar. To allow this to be changed would undermine confidence in existing avatar relations.

Can I change the looks of my avatar?
Once an avatar has been created we cannot change its appearance. If you are really dissatisfied with the looks of your avatar, please consult with one of the beauty specialists In-World, such as the plastic surgeons, hair stylists etc.

I lost my newcomer clothes. How can I get them back?
Entropia's famous orange arrivals clothing can be sold or moved to storage. Only one set is ever issued to new arrivals and cannot be replaced. Undergarments received on arrival can no longer be removed from avatars, and are automatically put on when no other garment is present

I want to close my account and create a new avatar. Is this possible?
We can lock your account from all further use. You can then create a new account and avatar. If you want to use the e-mail address that you have registered for your existing account for your new account, you must change the existing e-mail address to a different e-mail address under 'My Section' before we lock the account.
