When you file a support ticket you need to specify the exact day and the approximate time of your loss as well as the full name of the item you are missing. Unless you provide this information, we might not be able to help you further.

As stated in the Support Policies we will not handle cases which are submitted later than five business days after the incident. Exceptions may be made for cases over 12 months old, but due to their time consuming nature and the increased load on our databases, these cases might be levied with an extra fee.

I lost my newcomer clothes. How can I get them back?
Entropia's famous orange arrivals clothing can be sold or moved to storage. Only one set is ever issued to new arrivals and cannot be replaced. Undergarments received on arrival can no longer be removed from avatars, and are automatically put on when no other garment is present.
